a. The rate contracts are restricted to the Govt. Medical Institutions in the State of Tamil Nadu
b. Purchase orders from the rate contracts should not be issued by the Govt., Medical institutions. Funds should be deposited to TNMSC to the following account & the details of Transaction no. and date of transfer shall be intimated to TNMSC for procurement.
